Payment Policy

For clarity, an order enters processing only after successful payment authorization. The checkout page shows the payment methods currently enabled. Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request verification, and customers must supply accurate billing and contact details. High-risk, incomplete, or unverifiable transactions may be delayed or cancelled. We do not store complete card numbers on policy pages. Failed payments, disputes, authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions are generally handled by the issuing bank or payment provider. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original method.
