Refund Policy

For clarity, requests are reviewed only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description, and must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind, preference, or selection-error returns. Provide the order number, checkout email, a clear explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging. Do not send anything back without authorization. Approved requests are inspected; eligible refunds return to the original payment method after processing, bank posting times vary, and replacements depend on available stock.
